Guest laundry in Sydney Olympic Park
The most event-elastic hotel market in Sydney. Plan for the spike.
Sydney Olympic Park is the most event-elastic hotel market in the city. Five properties — Pullman, Novotel, ibis, ibis budget and Quest — sit on Olympic Boulevard and Edwin Flack Avenue, and their occupancy is dictated almost entirely by what is on at Accor Stadium, Qudos Bank Arena and the Sydney Showground. State of Origin, NRL finals, arena tours, the Royal Easter Show.
That produces volatile, surge-shaped demand, and it changes what a laundry service actually needs to be good at here. Speed alone is not the point. The ability to absorb a spike is. On a big weekend this suburb goes from quiet to five hotels at capacity inside twenty-four hours, and the guests arriving are the ones who packed for a single night and are now on their third. Book collection windows ahead of an event weekend; standard turnaround is next day and holds throughout.
Everything else is straightforward. Leave your bag with the concierge, we collect from reception between 7am and 7pm, clean it at our own facility and return it to the desk pressed and bagged. Wash and fold from $6.50 an item, dry cleaning from $15.00, $12 flat pickup and delivery, no minimum order, hands-on garment care on every order.
Hotels we service in Sydney Olympic Park
All five properties in the precinct, collected daily and reinforced across event weekends.
Don't see your hotel? We still collect from it.
Sydney Olympic Park has exactly five hotels and all five are above, so the more common question here is the opposite one: what happens when the precinct sells out and you end up in Homebush, Wentworth Point or Rhodes instead. The answer is that all of it is the same run and the same 2127 collection window. Book a pickup, type the property name at checkout, and it lands on the right route. ---
Effortless for your guests
How a Sydney Olympic Park pickup works
-
Book ahead of the event
Choose your hotel, service and window. On an Accor Stadium or Qudos weekend, book the night before — express capacity is the thing that fills, not the service itself.
-
Leave it at the concierge
Drop the bag at the front desk on your way down Olympic Boulevard. Delegates at the Pullman and Novotel conference floor usually do it before the opening session.
-
We clean it properly
Sorted by fabric and care label, then washed, dry cleaned or pressed by garment technicians at our own facility.
-
Back to your hotel
Returned to reception pressed and bagged. Express from six hours; standard next day, which holds even at full event capacity.

Serving guests across Sydney Olympic Park
Our route covers Olympic Boulevard, Herb Elliott Avenue, Edwin Flack Avenue and Australia Avenue, taking in Accor Stadium, Qudos Bank Arena, Ken Rosewall Arena, the Sydney Showground and the Aquatic Centre. We collect at Olympic Park station and around Bicentennial Park and Cathy Freeman Park.
The Pullman and Novotel share a conference floor that is western Sydney's main MICE venue, and that adds a steadier midweek layer underneath the event peaks. Delegates book the same thing everywhere: press and steam, before the opening session. It is a different rhythm from the weekend trade, and it is the reason the precinct never really goes quiet even in a week with nothing on at the stadium.
The precinct does not stand alone. The same drivers cover Homebush and Homebush West two to three kilometres south, Rhodes across the Bennelong Bridge, and Parramatta and Strathfield on either side — all on the same run and the same turnaround.
Questions guests ask
Book the collection window ahead rather than on the day. Event weekends are our sharpest peaks anywhere in Sydney, and express capacity across the precinct fills early — a State of Origin or a two-night arena run can take five hotels from half full to sold out overnight. Standard next-day turnaround remains available throughout, and we put extra collections on the Olympic Boulevard route for the biggest dates.
Yes, on the same run. Homebush and Homebush West sit two to three kilometres south along Parramatta Road, and Rhodes — which has no hotels of its own — is served from this cluster, about two kilometres east across the Bennelong Bridge. If the precinct is sold out and you have booked nearby, you get the same window and the same turnaround.
That is the single most-booked job in this suburb. Press and steam is the fastest service in our range, and a bag left with the concierge the evening before is back at reception for a morning start. If your session runs across several days, most delegates set a collection each afternoon rather than one at the end.
Only the volume. The Show runs for around a fortnight and fills the precinct with exhibitors and stallholders on long stays, which shifts the mix heavily toward wash and fold rather than dry cleaning. Standing daily or every-second-day collections are common through that period, and worth booking at the start of your stay rather than partway through.
Wash and fold from $6.50 per item, press and steam from $8.00, stain treatment from $10.00, dry cleaning from $15.00, and a flat $12 for pickup and delivery no matter how large the order. There is no minimum, so a single shirt before a presentation is a legitimate booking. Every order carries hands-on garment care.
Plenty of guests here use both. The usual reasons for booking us directly are price per item, turnaround on a tight event schedule, and the fact that garments are cleaned by specialists at our own facility rather than sent out in a bulk load. You do not need your hotel's permission or involvement — the booking is between you and us, and the exchange happens at the front desk.
