Submit artwork

You upload your logo and brand assets through the secure partner portal. Vector formats provide the best print quality.

Stage 2 of 8 · HGL Studio

Internal review

Our studio checks your files for resolution, colour mode and print-readiness before any proofing begins.

YouNothing—unless we spot a file issue and reach out.

WeWe assess print-readiness and request higher-resolution files only if genuinely needed.

Status Artwork verified as production-ready.

Stage 3 of 8 · HGL Studio

Proof creation

We apply your branding to each item—bags, in-room cards, QR code collateral—and produce a digital proof.

WeWe mock up every branded item to scale and prepare a shareable proof.

Status A digital proof is prepared and sent.

Stage 4 of 8 · Hotel

Client review

You review the proof at your own pace and decide whether to approve it or request specific changes.

WeWe stay on standby to answer questions and clarify anything.

Status Your decision is recorded.

Stage 5 of 8 · HGL Studio

Revision

If you request changes, we revise and reissue a fresh proof at no additional cost, with as many revision rounds as needed.

YouConfirm the revised proof reflects your requested changes.

WeWe apply every change and clearly version each proof (Version 2, Version 3, and so on).

Status A revised proof has been issued for review.

Stage 6 of 8 · Hotel

Final approval

Once you approve the final proof, the artwork is locked and cleared for production.

Production

Your branded collateral is printed, assembled and quality-checked against the approved proof.

Delivery

Everything is delivered to your property, ready to place in rooms and at the concierge desk.

Revisions are always free before approval

Not quite right? Note your changes on the proof and we'll turn a fresh version around — as many rounds as it takes to get it perfect. You only move to production once you're happy.

Approval locks the artwork

Once you approve, we lock the files and archive the signed-off version. Reorders reproduce that exact artwork — no drift, no surprises, batch after batch.
