The concierge is notified of the pickup and holds the guest's bag, ready for our driver — no phone calls, no chasing.

Our driver collects from the concierge on the next scheduled run through your area — daily, or multiple times daily for high-volume partners.

Garments are sorted by fabric and care requirement, then washed, dry cleaned or pressed by trained technicians — delicates and designer labels handled individually.

Every order is inspected against the item list — finish, pressing and counts all checked — before anything is packed for return.

Freshly pressed garments are packaged and returned to your concierge by the delivery time the guest selected — neatly, and ready to wear.

The guest is notified their laundry is back, and an itemised invoice is emailed. Their payment method on file is charged only for what was processed.
