Delicate fabric
Cashmere, silk, linen, angora and other delicates require specialist handling. Surcharge varies by garment complexity.
Stain treatment
We attempt professional stain treatment. Due to the nature of stains and turnaround times, complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
Pickup & delivery
Flat-rate fee per order. Covers collection from your hotel concierge and return delivery across our Sydney service area.

Important terms
Our professional stain treatment process is designed to give each garment the best possible care, using specialist techniques selected for the fabric and stain. Treatment is applied with care to help restore your garment while protecting its quality.
Garments containing cashmere, silk, linen, or similar fabrics are handled with specialist care and attract a surcharge of $5–$15 per item.
Available for orders placed before 10am, subject to capacity. A 100% surcharge applies to all items in the order.

A payment method is saved securely at booking. The final charge is adjusted based on the actual items processed.
Garments are returned to your hotel concierge by your requested delivery time.
