Guest laundry in Homebush
A working suburb with a working accommodation market. We treat it that way.
Homebush is a small, practical accommodation market on the Parramatta Road corridor, and most of it is pub-style rooms rather than conventional hotels. There is no concierge desk in a marble lobby here, and there does not need to be. What there is, is three distinct strands of demand: Sydney Markets at Flemington, where buyers and growers arrive before dawn; Sydney Olympic Park overflow when that cluster sells out; and Parramatta Road transit and trades on longer stays.
Early starts and long stays are exactly the pattern a collection service suits. Somebody working the produce floor from three in the morning is not going to spend a Saturday in a laundromat on the Hume Highway, and somebody in week three of a job on the corridor has already run out of clean workwear twice. Our window opens at 7am, and standing weekly collections are available for extended bookings.
The pricing is deliberately plain. Wash and fold from $6.50 an item, dry cleaning from $15.00, press and steam from $8.00, a flat $12 for pickup and delivery, and no minimum order — so a half-full bag is a booking, not an inconvenience. Every order carries hands-on garment care.
Hotels we service in Homebush
The accommodation here is pub-style and independent rather than branded. All of it is on our daily inner-west run.
Don't see your hotel? We still collect from it.
Homebush is a thin market and we would rather say so than pad the list. Beyond the four properties above we collect from short-stay apartments and rooms across Homebush and Homebush West in the 2140 postcode, and from anywhere along the Parramatta Road corridor between Strathfield and Olympic Park. Flemington itself has no accommodation — it is a station and a markets complex — so if you are booked for the markets you are almost certainly staying in Homebush West. Book a pickup and enter the address at checkout. ---
Effortless for your guests
How a Homebush pickup works
-
Book online
Pick a service and a window between 7am and 7pm. Takes two minutes, and you can book the night before an early markets start.
-
Leave it at reception
Drop the bag at the front desk on your way out to Flemington. Where a property has no staffed desk during our window, we agree a direct handover time instead.
-
We clean it properly
Sorted by fabric and care label. Work clothing and market gear are processed separately from general items, not thrown in with them.
-
Back to your accommodation
Returned washed, dried and folded — not just laundered. Standard is next day, usually back the following evening; express from six hours where capacity allows.

Serving guests across Homebush
Our route runs the Parramatta Road corridor through Homebush and Homebush West, covering DFO Homebush, the Sydney Markets complex at Flemington — the produce, flower and Paddy's markets — and the streets around Homebush and Flemington stations on the T2 and T3 lines. Accor Stadium is two to three kilometres away and on the same run.
The markets shape the day here more than anything else does. Trade starts in the very early hours, buyers are on the floor before most of Sydney has an alarm set, and by mid-morning a lot of guests are back in their rooms asleep. Our 7am window is deliberately early for that reason, and the 7pm end of it exists for the same people at the other end of their day.
The second rhythm is overflow. When Olympic Park sells out for a concert or a final, Homebush West takes the spill, and the guest profile changes overnight from trade to families and event crowds. Both are covered on the same run, alongside Sydney Olympic Park, Strathfield, Burwood and Rhodes.
Questions guests ask
Our collection window opens at 7am and runs to 7pm. Leave your bag at reception before you head over to Flemington and we will collect during the day while you are on the floor or catching up on sleep. On standard turnaround it is back the following evening. If you are here for a run of market days, a standing collection on fixed days is easier than booking each time.
Yes. Homebush, Homebush West and Sydney Olympic Park are all on the same run with the same turnaround, so an overflow booking gets exactly the same service as a hotel on Olympic Boulevard. Book the window ahead on a big event weekend — that is when express capacity across the whole western run tightens, not the standard service.
No. Flemington is a station and the Sydney Markets complex, and it sits inside Homebush West rather than being a separate accommodation market. Everyone who books for the markets stays in Homebush West or Homebush, usually on Parramatta Road. All of it is on our route, so the distinction only matters when you are entering an address at checkout.
A standing weekly collection at a fixed window. It is common here — corridor stays run to weeks for trades and transport work — and per-item pricing means a long stay costs no more per garment than a one-off. You set it once and it runs until you tell us to stop.
Yes, and it is processed separately from general items rather than mixed into the same load. Produce and flower market work is hard on clothing, and it comes back needing more than a rinse. If something needs individual attention, stain treatment starts at $10.00 an item and is assessed against the fabric and care label first.
There is no minimum order — a few items is a normal booking here. You are invoiced after cleaning and before delivery, so you see the total before anything comes back to you. Wash and fold from $6.50 an item, a flat $12 for pickup and delivery regardless of size, and hands-on garment care on every order.
