Guest laundry in Parramatta
NSW's second CBD. It books like one, and it packs like one.
Parramatta is NSW's second CBD and behaves like it. Thirteen-plus hotels serve a weekday market of state government departments, bank back-office operations and professional services around Parramatta Square, plus a substantial medical stream from the Westmead Health Precinct — Westmead Hospital, the Children's Hospital and Westmead Private — three kilometres west. Monday to Thursday, the lifts in these buildings are full of people carrying one garment bag and a laptop.
Then the weekends flip. CommBank Stadium fills, Rosehill Gardens runs a meeting, and the Church Street dining spine does the rest. The same rooms turn over to a completely different guest, usually with less packed and more spilt on it. It is the most balanced demand profile in western Sydney, and it is the reason we run Parramatta as its own dedicated route rather than as the far end of an inner-west one.
The mechanics are simple. Book a window online, leave the bag at your hotel's front desk, and we collect from reception. Everything is cleaned at our own facility — no wholesale plant, no third-party outsourcing — and returned to the desk pressed and bagged. Wash and fold starts at $6.50 an item, dry cleaning at $15.00, pickup and delivery is a flat $12 with no minimum order, and every order carries hands-on garment care.
Hotels we service in Parramatta
Every property below is on our daily Parramatta run — CBD towers, apartment-hotels, and the Rosehill and Westmead properties that trade under a Parramatta name.
Don't see your hotel? We still collect from it.
The list names the largest and best-known properties, but our drivers work the whole of 2150 and the Rosehill, Harris Park and Westmead edges around it — including new apartment-hotels and small motels we have not listed. Book a pickup and type your hotel name at checkout. You do not need to know whether it is a partner property; the service works either way. ---
Effortless for your guests

Choose your hotel, your service and a collection window between 7am and 7pm. Two minutes, no app, no account to create.
-
Leave it at the concierge
Drop the bag at the front desk on your way to Parramatta Square or the light rail. Our driver collects it from reception — you never wait in your room.
-
We clean it properly
Sorted by fabric and care label, then washed, dry cleaned or pressed by garment technicians at our own facility.
-
Back to your hotel
Returned to reception pressed and bagged, ready for a Phillip Street morning or a Church Street evening. Express from six hours; standard is next day.

Serving guests across Parramatta
Our route covers Church Street and the Eat Street dining spine, Parramatta Square and the PHIVE precinct, Phillip Street, Marsden Street, Macquarie Street and Anderson Street. We collect at CommBank Stadium, along the Parramatta Light Rail line, at Parramatta station and Parramatta Wharf, and out toward Westmead and Rosehill Gardens Racecourse.
One naming point worth knowing before you book: Rydges Parramatta and Nesuto Parramatta are actually in Rosehill, and 175 Hotel Westmead is in Westmead. All three are on our route and always have been. Enter your hotel name at checkout rather than the suburb and the booking will find the right run. The same applies to Gladius Hotels & Suites on Marsden Street, which spent years as a Holiday Inn and is still published under the old name in places.
If you are based just outside the CBD, the same drivers cover Sydney Olympic Park, Homebush, Blacktown and Norwest & Bella Vista on the same western run, with the same window and the same turnaround.
Questions guests ask
Yes, and it is the arrangement most people in that position end up on. Westmead generates a lot of long, unplanned stays into Parramatta's serviced apartments, where nobody knows on arrival whether they are here for four days or four weeks. A standing weekly window means one setup instead of a rebooking every few days. Pricing is per item, so a long stay costs no more per garment than a single order, and there is no minimum.
Yes, seven days a week. Event nights and Rosehill race days are our busiest periods in Parramatta, so if you need something pressed for the same day, book the collection window the night before rather than on the morning. Standard next-day turnaround stays available throughout, but express capacity across the western run fills early on those weekends.
Both are addressed in Rosehill rather than Parramatta proper, which trips up a lot of bookings. It makes no difference to us: they sit on the same route as the Church Street and Phillip Street properties, with the same collection window and turnaround. Enter the hotel name at checkout and the suburb sorts itself out. 175 Hotel Westmead is the same story on the other side of the CBD.
Same building, new name. The property at 100 Marsden Street became Gladius Hotels & Suites Parramatta, Ascend Collection, in December 2025, and several directories and even local tourism listings still publish the old name. Book under either and the driver will find you. Holiday Inn Parramatta on Anderson Street is a separate hotel and also on our route.
Wash and fold from $6.50 per item, press and steam from $8.00, stain treatment from $10.00 and dry cleaning from $15.00. Pickup and delivery is a flat $12 regardless of order size, there is no minimum order, and every order carries hands-on garment care. You are invoiced after cleaning and before delivery, so you see the total before anything comes back.
No. The whole exchange runs through the front desk. You leave the bag with the concierge, we collect from reception, and we return it to reception — which suits Parramatta, where most guests are out at Parramatta Square or Westmead all day and back after six. If you are in an apartment-hotel with an unstaffed desk, we will agree a direct handover time instead.
