Circular Quay is where Sydney's business district meets its postcard, and the hotels here run a split guest book because of it. Midweek is senior corporate and government, drawn off the legal and banking cluster at the northern end of the CBD. Weekends and the summer season are premium international leisure and cruise pre-stays. The two groups want almost opposite things from a laundry service, and we service both from the same concierge desks with the same six-hour express window.
Cruise guests in particular find us useful. If you are sailing from the Overseas Passenger Terminal and you have just come off a long-haul flight, everything in the case needs pressing before you board, and you have a hard deadline that does not move. Book a morning collection, tell us your sailing time at checkout, and it is back at reception the same afternoon. We prioritise orders with a sailing attached to them.
For the corporate half of the week the job is simpler and just as time-critical. Shirts pressed, one suit cleaned, back before an evening dinner at the Opera House or a 6am flight out. No partnership with your hotel is required, there is no minimum order, and pickup and delivery is a flat $12 whether you are sending one shirt or a fortnight's worth.

The precinct blends into its neighbours quickly on foot. The Rocks is a five-minute walk north past the ferry wharves, the tower hotels of the Sydney CBD start one block up Bridge Street, and the harbour route continues west through Barangaroo and the wharves at Millers Point & Walsh Bay. All four run daily with the same pricing and the same six-hour express.

Yes, and it is one of our most common Circular Quay bookings. Book express with a morning collection and we will have your items back at your hotel's reception the same afternoon. Put your sailing time in at checkout and we will prioritise the order and work backwards from it. If your ship leaves early, book the collection the night before and take next-day turnaround instead, which costs less and removes the risk entirely.

Yes. Circular Quay draws a lot of legal, government and senior corporate guests working the Queens Square and Macquarie Street end of town, and next-day is the usual booking for that group. Hand the suit in at the end of the day and it is back at reception the following afternoon, pressed on the shoulder line and bagged. If you need it before a morning appearance, book express the day before rather than overnight.
Mostly price and control. Harbourside valet lists at Circular Quay are among the dearest in Sydney and run to a fixed daily cycle. We start at $6.50 an item for wash and fold and $15.00 for dry cleaning, add a flat $12 for pickup and delivery, and give you a six-hour express option rather than a 24-hour one. You still hand the bag to the same concierge, so it does not create extra work for anyone.
A typical pre-cruise order is three or four garments pressed and one or two dry cleaned, which comes to roughly $50 to $70 including the flat $12 delivery. There is no minimum order, so sending two shirts is perfectly reasonable. Everything is covered by hands-on garment care, which matters more than usual when the alternative is having it done at sea.
