Hotel laundry and dry cleaning in Bondi Beach
Sand in the towels, salt in the swimmers, chlorine off the Icebergs pool — and a hotel room with nowhere to dry any of it. Leave the bag at your front desk on Campbell Parade or Hall Street and our driver takes it from there. It comes back to reception washed, dried and folded: next day as standard, from six hours if you are flying out.

Guest laundry in Bondi Beach
Bondi's laundry problem isn't dirt. It's salt water.
Bondi generates a laundry problem no other Sydney suburb does: sand, salt and chlorine, on repeat, for the length of the stay. Towels come back damp at eleven and are still damp at six. Swimwear dries stiff. Beach clothes hold a smell that a bathroom rail and an open window never quite shift, and by day four the whole suitcase has it.
The accommodation here runs the full spread. QT Bondi and Adina Apartment Hotel sit at the design-led end, Hotel Ravesis and Hotel Bondi hold the Campbell Parade frontage, and a dense hostel cluster around Hall Street and Lamrock Avenue serves the working-holiday market that has made this postcode its base for forty years. What almost none of it has is usable in-room laundry — and the shared machines that do exist are coin-fed, few, and claimed by 7am in January.
HGL collects from your hotel's front desk and returns everything washed, dried and folded, or dry cleaned and pressed if the trip calls for it. No minimum order, $12 flat pickup and delivery, and salt, sand and chlorine treated as their own process rather than run through with the general wash. You book online, you leave the bag at reception, and that is the whole of your involvement.
Hotels we service in Bondi Beach
Every property below sits on our daily Bondi run, from the Beach Road boutiques to the Campbell Parade hostels.
Don't see your hotel? We still collect from it.
The list above names the largest and best-known properties in Bondi Beach, but our drivers work the whole of the 2026 postcode — including the North Bondi holiday flats, the small Hall Street guesthouses, and the short-stay apartments off Curlewis and O'Brien Streets that never appear on any hotel list. Book a pickup and type your building or hotel name at checkout. You do not need to be staying somewhere we have named, and your hotel does not need to be a partner. ---
Effortless for your guests
How a Bondi Beach pickup works
-
Book online
Choose your Bondi hotel, your service and a collection window between 7am and 7pm. Two minutes, no app, no account to create.
-
Leave it at the front desk
Drop the bag at reception on your way down to the Pavilion or the Icebergs. The driver collects from the desk, so you are not waiting in your room for anyone.
-
Salt and sand come out first
Beach items are separated before anything is washed. Swimwear and towels are processed to lift salt, sand and chlorine instead of soaking in it alongside general laundry.
-
Back to your hotel
Returned to reception folded and bagged, or pressed and on a hanger. Next day as standard, express from six hours.

Serving guests across Bondi Beach
Our Bondi route covers Campbell Parade end to end, Hall Street and the café strip a block back, Beach Road, Lamrock Avenue, O'Brien Street and the Curlewis Street approach. We collect beside the Bondi Pavilion, outside Bondi Icebergs, at the skate park end of the promenade, and up through the northern end toward Ben Buckler and the North Bondi flats.
One practical fact shapes everything about this suburb: Bondi Beach has no train station. Access is via the Bondi Junction interchange and the 333 and 380 buses, roughly seven kilometres east of the city, and through summer that run is standing room only by Bellevue Hill. Nobody carries a bag of wet towels onto a full 333. That is why guests here do not take laundry anywhere else, and why a service that arrives at the front desk is worth more in Bondi than in a suburb with rail.
The suburb also splits by season in a way that changes what we clean. December to March is towels, swimwear and rash tops in volume; through winter it shifts toward longer-stay guests, wetsuits drying on balconies and the occasional wedding at the Pavilion. If you are staying just outside the beach itself, the same drivers cover Bondi Junction, Coogee, Double Bay and Randwick on the same daily run — useful if you booked at the Junction for the rate and spend your days on Campbell Parade.
Questions guests ask
Yes, and it is most of what we clean in Bondi. Swimwear, towels, rash tops and beach clothes are separated on arrival and processed to draw out salt, sand and chlorine rather than being washed in with general items. That mixing is exactly what causes the stiffness and the lingering smell people notice halfway through a stay. Tell us at checkout if anything is technical fabric and we will adjust the process.
Yes. Wake Up! Bondi Beach, Little Drifter, Bondi Beach Backpackers and the smaller independents along Campbell Parade and Hall Street are all on our daily route. There is no minimum order and no partnership required — leave your bag at reception with your name on it, book online, and we collect from the desk like any other property.
Not for us. Our drivers work the suburb by van from Campbell Parade through to North Bondi, so the lack of rail changes nothing about your collection window. It changes a lot about the alternative, though: without a station, taking laundry out of Bondi yourself means a bus to the Bondi Junction interchange and back. Most guests decide that is not worth an afternoon.
Usually yes. Express turnaround is six hours, so a 9am collection from your front desk is typically back at reception by mid-afternoon. Book the express option and flag your checkout time in the notes. Express is subject to same-day capacity, which tightens over summer weekends, so the night before is safer than the morning of.
Wash and fold starts at $6.50 per item, press and steam at $8.00, stain treatment at $10.00 and dry cleaning at $15.00. Pickup and delivery is a $12 flat fee with no minimum order, so a single bag of beach gear is a legitimate booking. Every order carries hands-on garment care and you are invoiced after cleaning, before delivery.
Yes, and plenty of Bondi guests do. Book with us directly regardless of what your property offers. The usual reasons are price, turnaround, and the fact that beach items need handling that a general in-house wash is not set up to give them.
