Meriton Suites on Grafton Street, Holiday Inn & Suites on Spring Street and lyf Bondi Junction — which opened in 2025 with 197 units — between them serve a weekday corporate market that Bondi Beach, 2.6 kilometres east, does not touch at all.
That profile changes what good service looks like. A leisure guest wants one pickup before the flight home. A relocation guest wants to stop thinking about it. So ask for a fixed weekly or twice-weekly window at checkout and we will hold the same slot for the length of your stay. It is priced per item, which means a standing arrangement costs no more than booking each time — you simply stop having to remember.
The apartment format also changes what arrives in the bag. Shirts, suits and dresses have been hanging in a wardrobe rather than compressed in a suitcase, so dry cleaning and press and steam carry more weight here than in the beach suburbs, and returns go back on hangers rather than folded flat. We collect from reception, clean at our own facility with no wholesale plant in the middle, and hand it back to the front desk.

Our route covers Oxford Street and the Oxford Street Mall, Spring Street, Grafton Street, Hollywood Avenue, Newland Street and Bronte Road. We collect beside Westfield Bondi Junction — Meriton Suites sits about 170 metres from it — and around the Bondi Junction interchange, terminus of the Eastern Suburbs line and the hub for every Bondi, Bronte and Waverley bus route. The Charing Cross end toward Waverley and the Woollahra side around Queen Street are on the same pass.
The suburb keeps two different weeks. Monday to Thursday is corporate and relocation, with guests working in the Junction's office towers or commuting eleven minutes into Town Hall. Friday onward it fills with shoppers, and with beach visitors who wanted a better rate than Campbell Parade and are happy to take the 333 the last 2.6 kilometres. The first group books standing weekly collections; the second books once, on the way out.
Because both Bondis are on one collection run, staying at the Junction costs you nothing in service terms. The same drivers cover Bondi Beach, Double Bay, Rose Bay and Randwick daily, so if your stay moves across the eastern suburbs, your laundry arrangement does not have to.
