Hotel laundry and dry cleaning at Sydney Airport & Mascot
Seventeen hotels sit within a few minutes of the terminals, and nearly everyone in them is working to a departure time rather than a calendar. Leave your bag with the concierge on O'Riordan Street, tell us when you fly, and we schedule the return against the flight — not against a standard next-day slot. Express turnaround is six hours.

Guest laundry in Mascot
The question here is never when it will be ready. It's whether it beats the flight.
Mascot has the densest hotel cluster outside the Sydney CBD — seventeen branded properties strung along O'Riordan Street, Coward Street, Bourke Road and Robey Street, plus Aerotel airside inside T1. It is also the most time-pressured laundry market in the city. Guests here are between flights, and the question is never "when will it be ready" but "will it be ready before I leave".
That's why we run Mascot on a six-hour express window and build the route backwards from your departure. Tell us your flight time at booking and we schedule the return against it, not against a standard next-day slot. If your departure is too tight for the service to be done properly, we'll say so before you commit rather than after — a rushed press on a suit you need for a Monday meeting is worse than no press at all.
Everything is cleaned at our own specialist facility. No wholesale plant, no third-party outsourcing, no bulk load with someone else's linen. Suits that have spent nine hours compressed in an overhead locker come back with the shoulders and lapels reset; shirts come back on hangers or folded flat, whichever you ask for. Pickup and delivery is a $12 flat fee with no minimum order, and every order carries hands-on garment care.
Hotels we service in Mascot & Sydney Airport
Every branded property in the airport precinct is on our daily route, from the O'Riordan Street towers to Aerotel airside in T1.
Not on the list? We collect from it anyway.
The names above are the branded properties in the precinct, but the drivers work the whole of the 2020 postcode — serviced apartments on Jackson Drive and Church Avenue, the smaller operators around Mascot station, and anything new that has opened since we last updated this page. Book a pickup and enter your hotel name at checkout. You don't need to know whether your hotel has an arrangement with us; the service works either way. ---
Effortless for your guests
How a Mascot pickup works
-
Book online and give us the flight
Choose your hotel, your service and — this is the part that matters in Mascot — your departure time. Two minutes, no app, no account.
-
Leave it at the concierge
Drop the bag at the front desk on your way to the terminal shuttle or the Qantas offices on Bourke Road. Our driver collects from reception; you never wait in the room.
-
We clean it properly
Sorted by fabric and care label at our own facility, then washed, dry cleaned or finished by garment technicians rather than run through a bulk cycle.
-
Back before boarding
Returned to reception pressed, bagged and held under your name. Six hours covers an afternoon collection for a red-eye out of T1.

Serving guests across Mascot & Sydney Airport
Our Mascot route runs the two hotel spines — O'Riordan Street and Coward Street — plus Bourke Road, Baxter Road, Robey Street, Ross Smith Avenue and King Street. We collect at both T1 International and the T2/T3 Domestic terminals, across the Sydney Airport Business District and the Qantas headquarters on Bourke Road, and around Mascot station on the T8 line. It is a compact grid, which is the only reason a six-hour promise is safe to make here.
Aircrew are a distinct segment in this suburb and we treat them as one. Layover schedules are fixed, tight and repeated — the same hotel, the same two nights, the same roster pattern for months — so crew and airline accounts run on standing collection windows rather than individual bookings. Uniforms come back to a consistent finish every rotation, which matters more than speed when you are wearing the same jacket forty times a month. If you're crew, ask about it at checkout.
The corporate side is quieter but steady: contractors on the business park side of Bourke Road, consultants staying at the Pullman or Stamford Plaza for a week of meetings in the city, and the long-stay apartment guests at Meriton and Quest who want a weekly wash rather than a one-off. If your hotel sits a few minutes further down the corridor, the same drivers cover Wolli Creek, Arncliffe, Rockdale and Brighton-Le-Sands on the same daily run.
Questions guests ask
Tell us your flight time at booking and we'll schedule the return against it rather than against a standard slot. Express turnaround is six hours, so an afternoon collection comfortably covers a next-morning departure. If your timing is too tight for the service to be done safely, we'll tell you before you book rather than after — and we'll usually suggest a collection window that does work.
Yes, and it's a large share of our Mascot volume. Crew layovers are fixed and repeating, so we run them as standing collection windows rather than one-off bookings — the driver simply calls at the same desk at the same time. Uniform items are finished to a consistent spec each rotation. Ask at checkout and we'll set the schedule around your roster.
Aerotel Sydney is airside in T1, so collection there works differently to a landside hotel: it needs to be arranged at booking with your flight and transit details so we can time it around your own movement through the terminal. Add a note at checkout and we'll confirm the window before you pay. Every landside property in the precinct is collected from reception as normal.
Ask reception to hold the bag under your name — every hotel in the precinct will do this, and it's the standard arrangement for guests on an evening flight who have to vacate the room at 10am. We deliver to the front desk, not to the room, so a checked-out guest is no problem at all. Just tell us at booking so the driver knows to leave it with the desk rather than call the room.
Wash and fold starts at $6.50 per item, press and steam at $8.00, stain treatment at $10.00 and dry cleaning at $15.00. Pickup and delivery is a $12 flat fee with no minimum order, so a single shirt before a morning meeting is a perfectly normal booking. Every order carries hands-on garment care and you're invoiced after cleaning, before delivery.
You can book us directly regardless of what your hotel provides, and guests here usually do it for one of two reasons. The first is turnaround: an in-house sheet often means next day with no reference to your flight. The second is price and handling — we charge per item, treat delicates and suits individually, and don't send anything to a wholesale plant.
