That's the accommodation. Guests are visiting family, weekending, or working in North Sydney and choosing the harbour walk over the office tower.
Small inventory, but the laundry need is the same as anywhere else — apartment-style rooms with no proper drying, guesthouse rooms with no machine at all, and stays long enough for it to matter by day three. A weekend at the Manor with a swim off the MacCallum Pool produces exactly the same wet-towel problem as a week in a serviced apartment, just faster.
We collect from reception where a property has one, and book a direct handover window where it doesn't, on the same Lower North Shore run that covers Neutral Bay and Mosman. Standard turnaround is next day, express is available subject to capacity, and pricing is per item from $6.50 with a flat $12 delivery and no minimum order.
