Hotel laundry and dry cleaning in Bankstown
Most of Bankstown's rooms are not in Bankstown at all — they are strung along the Hume Highway through Bass Hill and Yagoona, filled with people here for weeks rather than nights. We collect from reception seven days, and set standing weekly windows for the long ones.

Guest laundry in Bankstown
A workforce market with a function-centre weekend bolted onto it.
Bankstown's accommodation is a workforce market, and most of it is not in the Bankstown CBD — the real cluster runs along the Hume Highway through Bass Hill and Yagoona, where the motels and pub hotels sit. The exception is Mercure Sydney Bankstown, physically attached to Bankstown Sports Club, one of the largest clubs in NSW and the district's main function and wedding venue.
Between the industrial estates at Milperra and Chullora, Bankstown Airport, the Hume Highway freight corridor and Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital, this is a suburb of long stays and workwear. People are here for a project, a contract or a roster, and they are here for weeks. Standing weekly collections are the norm rather than the exception, and work clothing is processed separately from everything else.
The other half of the week looks nothing like that. A function at Bankstown Sports puts several hundred people into good clothes on a Saturday night, and a fair few of them are staying next door with a garment that has been folded in a bag since Thursday. Press and steam from $8.00 handles it, express from six hours, booked the day before.
Hotels we service in Bankstown
The CBD properties plus the Hume Highway strip through Yagoona, Bass Hill, Condell Park, Chester Hill and Greenacre.
Don't see your hotel? We still collect from it.
The Hume Highway between Greenacre and Bass Hill carries more accommodation than any list captures, much of it small, independent and booked by the week rather than the night. We collect from all of it, plus contractor accommodation around Milperra, Chullora and Bankstown Airport that never appears on travel sites. Book a pickup and enter the address at checkout; if there is no staffed desk during our window, we will agree a handover time instead. ---
Effortless for your guests
How a Bankstown pickup works
-
Book online, or set it weekly
One-off bookings take two minutes. If you are on a roster or a contract, set a standing weekly window instead — it is what most guests along the Hume do.
-
Leave it at reception
Drop the bag at the front desk on Greenfield Parade or out at Bass Hill before your shift. Our driver collects from reception between 7am and 7pm.
-
Workwear kept separate
High-vis, trade uniforms and site clothing are processed apart from general items. Everything else is sorted by fabric and care label at our own facility.
-
Back to your hotel
Returned to reception cleaned and bagged, or pressed and on hangers for a function at Bankstown Sports. Standard is next day; express from six hours.

Serving guests across Bankstown
Our route covers Greenfield Parade and the Bankstown Sports Club precinct, Bankstown Central and Paul Keating Park, then out along the Hume Highway through Yagoona, Bass Hill and Greenacre. We collect at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital on Eldridge Road, the WSU Bankstown City campus, and Bankstown Airport at Milperra.
Bankstown station is being converted as part of the Sydney Metro City & Southwest line, and that is already shifting the suburb's guest profile toward shorter corporate stays alongside the traditional contractor market. Expect the two to sit side by side for some years yet — a project worker in week nine and a consultant in for two nights, both leaving a bag at the same front desk.
The function trade is the third strand and it is bigger than most people outside the area realise. Bankstown Sports runs weddings, engagements and community events most weekends, and Mercure Sydney Bankstown is attached to it. The same drivers also cover Liverpool, Campbelltown, Burwood and Strathfield on the wider south-west run.
Questions guests ask
Yes. Work clothing is processed separately from general items rather than mixed in, and standing weekly collections are available for contract-length stays. It is the most common arrangement across the Bass Hill and Yagoona properties, where a lot of guests are on multi-week jobs around Milperra, Chullora and the freight corridor. No lock-in — the window repeats until you stop it.
Where express capacity allows, yes. Mercure Sydney Bankstown is physically attached to the club, so the simplest approach is to book the collection window the day before the function and have press and steam back at reception in time. Saturday nights are the busiest at that property by a wide margin, so the day-before booking is worth making.
Yes, and that strip is the bulk of what we collect here. Rydges Bankstown and WM Hotel are at Bass Hill, the Nightcap properties are at Yagoona, Condell Park and Chester Hill, and Motel 10 is at Greenacre. All of them are on the same daily run as the CBD properties. Enter the hotel name at checkout rather than the suburb.
Yes. A standing weekly or twice-weekly collection at a fixed window is the usual arrangement, priced per item with no minimum order, so a light week simply costs less. The hospital is on Eldridge Road and sits inside our daily route along with the CBD and the Hume Highway properties.
Yes. Crews staying together along the Hume commonly run one standing collection with bags tagged per person so everything comes back sorted rather than as a single pile, and billing can be consolidated to one invoice or split per person. Tell us which when you set the window up; there is nothing to sign.
Wash and fold from $6.50 per item, press and steam from $8.00, stain treatment from $10.00 and dry cleaning from $15.00. Pickup and delivery is a flat $12 regardless of order size, there is no minimum, and every order carries hands-on garment care. You are invoiced after cleaning and before delivery.
