Place your garments in the branded Hotel Guest Laundry bag and leave it with the concierge at the front desk. Quote your room number so it's logged against your booking.
Standard service is returned the next day by 10:00am. Same-day express is available for bags left before 10:00am, subject to capacity, with a surcharge.
Pickup and delivery is a $12 flat fee. Garment cleaning is charged per item — see our full services and pricing page. You're only charged for what we process.
Your payment method is saved securely when you book, and charged only after your items are processed. An itemised invoice is emailed to you.
