Our story
Built for the traveller who can't afford a bad crease.
Hotel Guest Laundry began with a simple frustration: business travellers arriving in Sydney with a suit crushed by a suitcase, a dinner in three hours, and nowhere to turn. In-house hotel laundry was slow and inconsistent; the local laundromat wasn't built for a $2,000 jacket.
So we built a specialist garment-care service around the way hotels actually run — collecting from the concierge, cleaning to couture standards, and returning every piece under the hotel's own brand. Today we care for the guests of more than 50 of Sydney's finest properties.
